Can't load roaming profile......logging on with locally stored.

Getting this error message and it says my profile may be corrupt or the user account may be corrupt. A few days ago we copied my profile to a new user account and all was well for a few hours.. Now I can't login to the new account. Same error. What do you all suggest?>
 
Boot the computer in safe mode and login with the help of administrator and create a user account from there.
