Cant load printers

I try to load my lexmark z705 printer and it stops and
says that I need to start the spooler service? I am lost
can anyone help me?

From the command prompt type

net start spooler

and hit enter

I'm having similar problems with my Epson. How you start
the spooler is as follows ...

In "administrative tools" click on "services"
In "services" click on "Print Spooler"
Then click on "Start"

That should get you started. However, I'm then having
problems keeping the Spooler going - it keeps crashing.
