Can't launch from desktop

A couple of days ago I installed a ATT broadband program on my PC. It uses
XP as an OS. Since then I can not launch from any of the shortcuts or the
address bar. I get a message that says "The application or DLL c;/
program-yahoo/browser/common DLL is not a valid windows image". Somet6imes a
message appears that says I need more memory. I have been messing with this
problem for hours to nothing but frustration. Can someone out there help me
out? I certainly would appreciate it. Thank you!

if you have
att broadband
then you likely have
free technical support
from them, especially if
it includes that questionable
software....
