Can't keep 2 windows open

When I surf, I like to keep a window open, and one
minimized.
I just upgraded to XP Home Edition. Now if I minimize a
page the lonk,page disappears from the tool bar. I can
only keep the one window open.
Any ideas?? Thanks
 
The link is there, but hidden. Right click on the Toolbar and unhide the
link.
