Make sure that you are installing the correct driver for your printer. Try
to clean up the cache and the temp files. Make sure you have the necessary
permission to install.
im the admin for the computer. the computer gets stuck (freezes) at the point
when the computer said its getting ready to install the software and drivers
for your device
Did you connect the printer to the PC before installing the software?
DO NOT connect the printer, install the software during which you
will be prompted when to connect it and when to turn it on.
