Can't install windows XP - Eula licens agreement not found!

Hi @ all

I tried to reinstall the operating system on my laptop. It's a Subnotebook with external Cd-Rom Drive. I don't know why the installation stop every time in the setup with the screen - Eula ... licence agreement not found.. To stop installation press F3 ?!?

I tried different Cd Drives, different Windows CD's ... don't work.
Hard Disk is formated
