Cant Install Anything???

I cant install anything. I noticed that i am missing the
install shield folder.. but i thought all programs that
you try to install come with an install shield incase you
didnt have one. What do i do???

His brain. He seems to have lost it somewhere when he changed his
"handle" from Logan to Bob. Disregard anything from him. He's what's
known as a "TROLL".
