Looks like your environment variables may have changed, unless you have
a user named "Temp". You can check them in My Computer Properties, or
with this useful tool:

In addition to the other suggestion you've received...

If it's been a while since the temp folder has been emptied, odd errors can
occur during program installations. Use Disk Cleanup to dump old temp
files. Or do it manually using Windows Explorer. Then try the install
again.
