cant get windows to start

Same thing happened to me when I installed SP4 on a few of my machines. I
also got a Ordinal ### error.

CTRL ALT DELET brings up the log in utilities box, go to Task manager, New
Task, type Explorer. From explorer re-run SP4. Should fix you up.
