Can't get rid of COM plugins

Hi,

I my outlook client I have somehow failed to uninstall two softwares that
was integrated as COM plugins. I have deleted them from the list of COM
objects and still they persist to try to start with outlook. I have run
"Identify and Repaire" but it didn't make any difference.

What can I do to get rid of them? Shouldn't there be some kind of
outlook.ini file or something telling what exe files and paths to initiate
in the startup?

What are the programs? Do they not have their own uninstall routines?
