outlook performance

Noticing serious degredation in performance in outlook 2003 sp3, windows xp sp3

1 - Clicking reply on email in inbox, takes 20-30 seconds to open email to
reply from.

I have tried re-creating the profile, and running /cleanviews.... but it
looks like some Adobe PDF plugin is loading on all new emails. How can I get
rid of that?
Add-in Mgr and COM Add-Ins do not show it as installed.
Not running in cached mode.
Exchange 2007 mailbox

The same profile on another machine runs fine.

Thanks

If you are using Word as the email editor, you'll have to disable the Adobe
plugin in Word. If you are not using the plugin, then you can uninstall it
completely by running the Adobe setup and choose to uninstall that
component.

Thanks,

I did disable the Adobe plugin for word and outlook via running the setup.
But still have the problem. But I noticed the problem is specifically Using
Word to edit emails. I removed it as an open and performance was excellent.
Enable the option and outlook goes back to taking 10-20 sec to open a new
email when selecting reply or forward.

Any other ideas?
