Can't get my costom background color back after windows update.

I have always had my background black and my text yellow when veiwing web pages. I updated windows yesterday and backgrounds are now white. Text is still set at my costom yellow. All 3 accesibility boxes are checked and custom black color is checked under colors. Please help this is driving me nuts.
 
Try this fix.

Background Colors or Images Are Not Visible on Web Pages in Internet
