Can't get modem to connect to RAS Server

I am having problems RASing into my network. Here is what
I am basically getting from the log below....DSR is low
while initializing the modem. Verify modem is turned on.
My modem is on, in fact it is an internal modem. I have
check the device manager and only one is loaded. What
should I do? Should I reload the drivers for this modem
and start over?

I would uninstall the modem and reload the drivers. If this is modem came in
a Dell, then go ahead and make sure you are running the current drivers from
their site.
