Can't get into security sites.

How come, out of the blue I can't get into the secure
sites to view or pay the bills,the screen showed "the
page cannot be displayed", I've tried Help&Support but
they can't help. What's the solution for this kind of
problem?

This is sometimes due to alterations in Internet Explorers security and
browsing options.

Go to internet options and do the following:

Under the security tab, Click "Default" level for internet
Under the privacy tab, Click "Default"
and on the Advanced tab, click "Restore Defaults";

Initially sometimes this will work, if not it's most likely a more difficult
problem.
