Secure website

Hi
I'm using IE8 and can't get to one of my credit card websites, get page
cannot be displayed.
I can go to other secure websites it's just this one I can't get to. I pay
my credit card bill online so have been going there at least once a month
for years.
I've tried system restore (went back to a date that I knew I could access
this site), did disk cleanup, in internet options deleted everything and set
everything back to default settings.
I can access it on another computer so it has to be something with this one.
Any help would be appreciated.

Type in: regsvr32 softpub.dll
Press Enter or click OK
