can't get clipart anymore

I was loving my clipart in Windows XP but suddenly when I give a topic for my
clipart request, all of them just say "dglxasset..." and if I click on one it
says,"word cannot obtain data for the c/Documents and Settings/Owner/Local
settings/Temorary internet files/contents." Does this mean I only had access
to that clipart for awhile? How can I get it back? Will I need to pay for
it? I am obviously not very experienced. Thank you for the help!

Try clearing your cache (temporary internet files) . In Internet Explorer
go to Tools | Internet Options and on the General tab click Delete Files.
Make sure Delete all offline content is checked and hit OK. Now try it
again.
