Can't get Auto Complete to work - Windows XP

I have all the Auto Complete boxes checked in the Content
section of Internet Options. I also I have the "Use
Inline AutoComplete" box checked, but my Windows XP
refuses to remember usernames, passwords and form entries.
What else can I do?
