autocomplete not working properly

my autocomplete isn't remembering information on web forms or passwords and
logins. Everything's checked under tools-options-autocomplete and use inline
autocomplete is turned on also.

It won't let me delete the key beginning with 'S' like that page tells me
too. Not sure what I can do to fix it.
