Can't forward an email message in Outlook

I was trying to forward my usual emails and it gives me an error: “You do
not have the permission to send the message on behalf of of the specified
userâ€. I had been changing some profiles in my Archiving but can't find
anything there that may have changed my ability to forward.

Andreas, the support document mentions forwarding the email which I have
done. Any other ideas?
