Can't find Ports

I keep getting told I am not connected to the internet, which I am.
Troubleshooting tells me to go to Device Manager and click on Ports to open
but I cannot find Ports at all in the Device Manager.

They're there, depending on your os and a few other things you
failed ot mention.
