Cant find dhcp admin on a different DC - part 2

Dear all,

I installed dhcp on one of our 3 DC's,
all of which are DC's in active Directory.

I want to administrate dhcp from one
of the DC that I did not install dhcp on.

how can I get to the dhcp shortcut
(or snapin ??)
if the shortcut is not there (in ctl panel-administrative tools)
on a machine on which it wasnt installed?
go to Start\Run and then type in mmc and then hit Enter. Use Add\Remove snap
in and then setup your own custom console with the DHCP server in there. When
you go to close out of it use Save As and name it and then save it to your
desktop.

ok BUT only one problem:
dhcp isnt in the available list of snapins on this DC!
so the problem is still the same.
how do I admin dhcp from this DC?

Thank you in advance

Create the "new" MMC on a machine running DHCP,...when finished use "Save
As..." and save the *.mmc file to the target machine you want to use it on.
then from that machine open the MMC file or make a shortcut to it.

I may have to retract that. I can create it, but it doesn't open
afterwards, but I was trying to open it on a Win2k Pro machine and that may
be the problem,..I don't know.
