Can't Establish a Company-wide Signature

Hi,

I've created a signature for myself that includes company logo and tagline
as graphics files. I have no problems with this, except that a very small
box appears at the top of the signature when I insert it. How do I stop this
from happening?

My bigger challenge is allowing all staff to utilise the signature I have
created and make small changes to reflect their own details. Every time I
try and follow the standard steps of inserting a signature, and copy and
paste from my own file, when trying to use the signature, the boxes with a
red cross appear, indicating that the file can't be found. My staff don't
really have the capability to replicate the signature I've done - I really
want them to be able to edit mine. I've tried

- launching the Advanced Editor, then copying and pasting my file into Word
- saving my file to the network and then using that as a template

None of it works. The graphics still don't appear.

Any advice?

where are the graphics stored that the signature uses? Did you try copying
the signature folder (or the appropriate sig files from the folder) to the
other computers?

Hi Diane,

If you imagine I've called the file jane's_signature.html, there is a folder
in the same location called jane's_signature_files. In this folder, there
are files called image1, and image2. I have tried copying the Word file and
the associated folder mentioned above, to a new place on our network, so
everyone could access it, and then insert it into their own Outlook. I've
tested it on my computer but it doesn't work.

the sig must use an absolute path them - open the html in notepad and see
how it references the image.
