can't enable ICF in dial up

When I open network connections, right click on dial up connection, then click properties I don't get any dialog from which I can enable ICF. I only use dial up and it works okay. If I click properties from the lan and wireless connections which are disabled I do get the properties dialog with the option to enable ICF. I have windows xp home. Appreciate some help.

Who's your dial-up ISP? Some, like AOL/Compuserve, don't allow users
to access the dial-up connection properties.

My ISP is America Online. I was finally able to open the propertie
dialog in my dial up connection. What I did was go to internet op
tions, connections tab and delete my current connection, clicked
setup and created a new one. This time everything was enabled
and I was able to firewall. Thanks anyway.
