ICF and Zenworks

I have a fellow tech that placed zenworks policies for XP
that has disabled the Advanced tab under Networking. He
can nolonger disable the ICF to allow internet connections
to work.

I need to know if there is a registry edit that I can
force down to re-enable the advanced tab or disable the
ICF.

I'm not familiar with zenworks, but if it is using the XP firewall policy
then the same policy that grays out the checkbox also disables the firewall.
