Can't enable Firewall in XP

Xp has been working fine but got a cable modem yesterday
and now can't enable the firewall...it is greyed out...any
help would be appreciated...

Microsoft only wants $35 to give me a little help...smile

Open up the Admin tools folder and click on services
Click to expand...
scroll down until you find the firewall (ICF),right click
on it and select properties,then dependantcies,all other
services here must be set to automatic for the firewall
to work.
