Hi all,

I'm running Windows XP Prof SP1. I have the quick launch
bar showing. I used to be able to drag a shortcut onto
the quick launch bar and move the icons around, now I
can't do either. When I try to drag a shortcut onto the
bar, the cursor shows a circle with a line across it
(signifying it can't be done). And when I try to drag
the icons around on the quick launch bar nothing happens.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Yea, I figured it out with the clue from the other
responder. Right click on a blank place on the taskbar.
Select 'Toolbar' at the top of the menu, then click on
'Quick Launch', which turns it on. (I knew this, but had
forgotten when others in the office asked how to do it.)
(Locking/unlocking taskbar doesn't affect Quick Launch.)
