I am trying to, via Group Policy, to lock the shortcuts on the Quick Launch
Tool Bar. I have stopped Right Click on the Desktop, Task bar and the start
menu. The users have restricted rights, but users can right click on the
icons in the quick launch tool bar and change the shortcuts. The only other
way I can think of is to change the rights on the icons and the folder at
build time but would like to control it via GP. Any ideas?
