Cant drag Picture to desktop anymore?

I used to be able to view .jpg files and drag them to my desktop. I no
longer have this ability. Was this taken out in a update?

Is Drag and Drop not working at all or just for pictures?

Drag and Drop missing in Windows 98
It is usually a registry problem. Go to Ron Badour's site and download the
appropriate .reg file. If you need information on how to do this, see it on

It just seems to be some JPG files.

If I place the file on my webserver and then view it by
http://server/image.jpg I cant just click and drag it to the desktop.

If I open the file on my desktop in IE I can take and drag that file off the
browser into a folder/desktop.
