Can't Drag & Drop between outlook 2003 & sharepoint calendar

I have been fighting this problem for several months. When I try to drag &
drop calendar items from the sharepoint calendar to my outlook 2003 calendar
I get a message that I can't copy item- do not have appropriate permission.

Try using Ctrl+drag. A straight drag is a move, which isn't allowed on SharePoint proxy calendars since they're read-only.

Ctrl+drag doesn't work for us either. Is there possibly an Outlook
permission that needs to be reset?

newsgroups and google I only found these 2 possibilities yet.
