Sharepoint and Outlook Calendars

I've synchronized a sharepoint calendar with Outlook 2007. When the
sharepoint calendar was brought in to my outlook, all items on the new
calendar that was created are 3 hours later than scheduled. How do I get the
items back to the correct time? I've gone into Tools, Options, Calendar
Options, Time Zones but nothing changed. Both calendars are set up for
Eastern time zone, but the items are still off by 3 hours.
