Can't download Windows Live Mail

I have tried three times to download this and each time the toolbar will not download.
It shows Error # 2738.
I have tried turning my AVG anti virus off while I download and the same thing happens.
I am using a HP laptop running Vista Home Premium.
Any suggestions?

Do you really mean DOWNLOAD, or do you mean INSTALL?

This is the solution to a couple of other install problems re Error 2738... it may work for yours...

Start button -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Right click on Command Prompt, select 'Run as administrator'.

You should be in directory C:\Windows\System32

Type regsvr32 vbscript.dll (enter)

Should get a message box saying DLL has been registered.

I did what you suggested and everything installed correctly. I did mean install and not download.
