Can't download Windows Live Mail

I tried to download Windows Live Mail and everything but the toolbar downloaded. It showed error 2738.
I uninstalled it and am back to Windows Mail.
Can anyone help?

Does your antivirus have a 'snooze' or 'suspend' feature?
If so, use it, and try the install again.

I am running AVG 7.5 Anti-Malware and I can't find anywhere that I can
suspend it so I can try downloading Windows Live. Any other ideas that I
might try?
