Windows Mail vs. Windows Live Mail

I have just got a new laptop which has Vista Home Premium on. I have been
thinking of using Windows Mail, but I have noticed there is something called
Windows Live Mail available to download. Is this an update to Windows Mail?
Is it any better?

It is not an update, it is a different program which gives access to Hotmail
accounts too.

It's a new email program, not an update. It handles webmail connections,
which
Windows Mail doesn't. I believe there are two programs by that name,
though,
so get the one from Microsoft if any:
