Can't Download Files anymore!

I installed the latest version of SpyBot Search and Destroy. N ow I
get the following messages when ever I try to download files.


Internet Explorer was nolt able to open this Internet site. The
requesed site is either unavailable or cannot be found.

Please try again later.

I have uninstalled SypBot but I still get the same messages.

Any Ideas

did you uninstall the first spybot completely? somehow
tied to spybot, they have a forum. or you can try to
install again, then reboot ??

Did all of that and nothing! Can't download an files. Times out with
that message.
