can't do repair install with corporate XP Pro SP2

My employer uses XP Professional SP2 and we had a problem the other day with
a PC that got corrupted.

I tried to re-install XP but booting from the Setup Boot Disks (SP2) that I
downloaded from Microsoft and it no longer gave me the option to do a repair
install.

In the past, when I had done this with XP Pro SP1, and booted from the setup
floppies, It would give me an option to repair the existing windows
installation.

Is this no longer available ?
Thanks

What was strange is that the repair option was not available when I tried it
on this pc.

It says that when you boot into setup, press enter choosing the setup
windows xp now, then choose the installation I want to repair, then choose
the R for repair option.

This option was not available
