can't display web pages properly on internet

i installed xp on a new harddrive on my pc and now my internet web pages are
not coming up the same way they did before and they overlap and do not
display all of the info.

If you did a clean xp installation,one must boot to xp cd,let xp format the
new hd,continue on with install..If that was done & video drivers & Direct X
are all new,& xp has latest updates,go to run,typeXDIAG Run the Direct X
tests....Youre post "was" an xp problem before SP2 was issued,but SP2 & SP3
installs updates that should prevent that problem(s)...
