Windows XP Can't delete partial installation

Hi

I run XP on AMD64 PC about 4 months old.

I tried to install Black Gold Video TV on the PC. It onnly partially installed. Now I can't delete it using the add/remove programs.

I am a bit nervous of deleting it "by hand"

Anybody got any ideas

I meant to say, I can't use systme restore because I have installed quite a lot of other software since then - some of which (beleive it or not!) I have to have an "Engineer" come in and install again...

what happens when you try to install it again ?

same - get part way through and it wont let me install to completion

Be brave, just wipe if from your hd manualy, make sure to clean up your system manually afterwards
i.e. startup entries and registry entries
