Can't delete messages

hi community

first of all i wanna let you know that i am using the german vista but maybe
you can help me.

after i sent an email, it stayed in the "outgoing". i tried to delete it but
it says "unknown failure" everytime.

the text i wrote in the email is gone and now it says " message couldn't be
sent. unknown failer[...]" and a "i" (information) picture is in there.

does anyone have an answer?

Turn off the email scanning feature of your antivirus program.
Next, search this forum for "MessageStore". You'll find posts
that explain how to replace the corrupted MessageStore.
