can't delete mail from deleted box

if you right click the deleted folder and choose "empty deleated folder" it
will delete only one item. If you contune doing this it will clean out your
folder.

my internet search engine cannot locate the tutorial vistax64 tutorial - keep
getting a message that it cannot be found/ Google search won't locate it
either.
