When I started Outlook everything is fine EXCEPT for the fact that I get two
PST entries in the "All Mail Folders" view (also get two calendars too).
I have my profile set to deliver mail to a PST file and everything within
that file is fine (I can send/receive, rules run, calendar works, etc).
The second, mysterious PST file, is wierd. I cannot open it (expand it's
'+'). I can't close it. Pretty much whatever I do I get the error " Unable to
expand the folder. The set of folders could not be opened.".
If I right click, the properties option is greyed out (disabled) and only a
few options are available options on the context. Selecting "Open in new
window" gives the error: "The set of folders could not be opened. the
requested information store could not be found in the active profile.".
The close option on the context menu reads as follows: 'Close "<0w#25>"'.
Selecting that option gives the error: "You cannot close the mailbox that
contains you calendar, contacts and inbox.".
How can I get rid of this bogus file?
