I found a way to get rid of them. It takes a while, but it works. It goes as
follows. Right click the delete folder. Then click on Empty deleted Items
folder. next are you sure you want to delete these items click yes. It works
but you must do that for every message in your delete folder

This actually worked and soooooo easy!!

(After wasting 10 minutes using Steve's suggestiong from the other post.
But, Steve's method worked yesterday when I could not delete a message from
my outbox...)

Give it a try!

I have 1 item in my spamfighter folder and two in my inbox and nothing will
let me either move them or delete them, any other suggestions?

If you are not willing to just ignore them, the only way is to delete both
copies of the database (which does not contain the messages, but only
references to them) and let WinMail rebuild it.
First close WinMail, then use Task Manager to make sure there are no
instances of it under applications or processes.
Then click Start | Search | Advanced Search
Check the box to include non-indexed, hidden and system files.
In the Name field type WindowsMail.MSMessageStore and click the Search
button.
It should show you two copies. Delete both of them and re-open WinMail.
