can't delete file

I captured some analog video & ran the file in Vegas 4 & various other appz. Now I can't delete it, rename it or move it. I'm getting the "....this file is being used by another program or process" message. I've tried rebooting with no success, I've tried running checkdisk. I'd like to reclaim this 2.6Gb of disk space!

Just found earlier post - needed to delete InProcserver registry key. Problem solved.
