Can't delete file

I ran Trojan Remover, suspecting I was infected, and it came up with a
couple of registry keys - which I have deleted - plus the following
file C:\WINDOWS\system32\nnnkhhf.dll

Every time I try to delete this I get a message that I can't because
another process is using it.

I've tried Kill Box without success, I've booted into Safe Mode and
tried to delete it but the damned thing still stays there.

Is there any way I can rid my pc of this file?

You can try to **** up its MFT entry with a hex editor and run CHKDSK.
That should remove it.
