Whenever I try to delete any file with the extension .exe, Windows tells me
the file can't be deleted because it's in use. This happens even when the
program is clearly not running, such as when it's actually a blank text file
that I renamed to have an .exe extenstion to test it. Anyone have any idea
what's going on and how I can fix it?
