can't delete dump files....dmp

the dump files that Windows creates with a crash total about 10Mb on my
system, but when i attempt a deletion I get an error message
<<Cannot delete file. Cannot read from the source file or disk>>

Please advise

Boot into SAFE MODE and try deleting the files.
