Dump File Help

My computer crashes whenver I use Norton Ghost to backup and at other times
as well. I have looked at the event logs and come up with the following
message:
"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x1000008e
(0xc0000005, 0x00000634, 0xf5600c8c, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini100205-02.dmp."
I have tracked down the dump file but the MS web site tells me that : 'If an
error report was generated for this error, you might be able to obtain more
information about the error by sending the report to Microsoft for analysis.'

How do I send the dump file to Microsoft for them to analyse?

Thank you for your input. I followed the first link you gave and then Online
Crash Analysis Report. I then clicked on the 'Error status report' link as
there didn't seem to be anything else I could click on. I was then presented
with a 'sign in' screen. When I clicked 'sign in' it just kept refreashing to
the page I was one - so no progress I am afraid. What am I missing here?

Thanks for that - I have got into it now. But I am going round in a loop. It
lists my error report and when I select 'Information' it tells me all about
device drivers again. I am trying to find out how I can submit the dump file
for analysis.
