Can't delete control panel item

I have a PC with an icon in the control panel called eLicense. I'm not
sure what it is, it doesn't seem to do anything. Opening it just opens
another window that lists thign about zMUD and zuggsoft.com. I want it
removed, but it's not listed in the programs in Add/Remove, and I've
search both the file system and the registry for elicense, zugg, and
zMUD, and found nothing at all. I found the .cpl file and it would not
let me delete it. Any idea how I can get rid of it?

The insturctions for this program don't make any sense. It says to
Switch to Expert Mode, but the only options are Create New and Close.
It's useless.
Any other ideas?

Thanks. That worked. You'd think windows would be able to do that
without a 3rd party program.

If the file is a .cpl file you do not need anything extra to find and delete
it.
