can't delete a virus

I can't delete a virus the message displayed says the disk is full or write
protected. How would I go about deleting the virus.

it could be a Trojan that has installed itself, look in add and remove see
if there's anything unusual in there, like wincomm, 180autosearch, sidefind,
blazefind or surf sidekick 2 anything like that, uninstall it and hope that
works.

also turn off system restore run your antivrus see if that clears it and
then switch back on and reboot
