Can't deleta a file

I have an AVI file that says it is being used by another process or program
and can't delete it. I have gone under task manager and killed practically
every process and still no luck. Any ideas on how I can figure out what
process has it locked?

Have you tried safe mode? With minimal drivers loaded the
application or program that uses it may not be running.
