can't defrag all files

Large amount of files can't be defragmented. What to do.

Log off, then hit Ctrl-Alt-Del to bring up a login box.
Enter user: Administrator
and Pass: <whatever you made the administrator pass when
you did the install>
You should have the rights to defrag all files here.
If you are still having problems, it could be virus or
spyware related. Update your virus definitions, and run a
full scan. If you dont have virus software (OMG) download
the FREE version of AVG (www.grisoft.com), install and
run. Download the free Spybot - Search and Destroy
(http://security.kolla.de), then install and read the help
file for best results in Advanced Mode.
